GOAT Homes provides professional interior design services, design reviews, digital house plans, finish packages, and related consultation services. All services are provided virtually unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Design Scope & Intent

GOAT Homes provides design intent documents and professional guidance only.
Services and products do not include:
Structural engineering
Roof design or roof framing
Foundation design
Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical engineering
Site design, grading, or soil analysis
Code compliance certification
Permitting services
All construction documents must be reviewed, engineered, and approved by licensed professionals in the jurisdiction of construction.
Home Plans & CAD Files

House plans are delivered as PDF documents and CAD files.
CAD files are provided for professional coordination purposes only and are subject to the GOAT Homes CAD License to Build, which governs permitted use.
Plans are not permit-ready and must be engineered locally.
Finish Board Packages

Finish board packages provide curated design selections and design intent.
They do not constitute:
Product warranties
Supplier guarantees
Contractor specifications
Code compliance certification
Final product availability, substitutions, and installation methods are the responsibility of the builder or installer.
Consultations & Review Services

Consultations, reviews, and design services provide professional guidance and recommendations based on experience and best practices.
They do not replace:
Medical advice
Legal advice
Engineering evaluations
Code enforcement determinations
Preparation materials must be submitted as outlined at booking. Failure to submit required materials may result in forfeiture or rescheduling.
Revisions & Custom Work

Plan revisions, custom design work, and additional services are quoted separately and are not included unless expressly stated.

Complexity
Availability of CAD files
Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and professional nature of GOAT Homes products and services:
All digital product sales are final
Consultation and service fees are non-refundable once rendered
Deposits secure time and availability and are non-refundable
All designs, drawings, finish packages, text, and visual materials remain the property of GOAT Homes and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Intellectual Property
GOAT Homes is not liable for:
Construction outcomes
Cost overruns
Contractor performance
Code enforcement decisions
Delays or site conditions
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

Limitation of Liability
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
